Do I need to pay for upgrade?
No! All of our products come with free upgrades !
I lost software serial number. How can I get it back without paying again?
If you need to have the registration information resent, please contact us and include the original email address you used for your purchase (for example you paypal email) then we'll re-issue it to you.
Can I install specific product on more than one computer?
When you purchase a single license you are entitled to install the product on 1 computer for your exclusive use.
Does your software contain any adware, spyware, keyloggers, malware or viruses?
No. Our software does not contain any adware, spyware, malware, keyloggers, viruses, trojan horses, or third party software. The exception is that we do offer a commercial keylogger for use in monitoring your own computer.
My antivirus software detected a keylogger/some other virus in your software
This is a common mistake with many different antivirus solutions. None of our software contains adware, spyware, or viruses, and we guarantee that it is safe to install. Many antivirus programs detect commercial keyloggers like ours, and that is fine. We don't want our keylogger software to be installed on computers without the permission of the computer owner.
However, because all of our software uses similar files the antivirus software can become confused. In the past programs like Norton Antivirus have thought that ALL 20+ programs we offer contained a keylogger because they shared common files.
The shared files are always harmless, and are usually related to user interface programming. For example, ActSkn43.ocx, SkinBoxer43.dll, memman.vxd.
Rest assured that if your antivirus solution is detecting any of our programs as being a keylogger or virus it is a false positive (unless, of course, you're using our keylogger... in that case you should tell your antivirus solution to ignore it).
What is your privacy policy?
None of our software contains, or can install, any adware, spyware, malware or any third party programs. We are very firm on our stance against malicious software. Information regarding you (such as name, email address) or your order and the products you purchase will not be given or sold to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation without your consent. Your information may be shared with us for the purpose of performing services for IK-Software.
What is your refund policy?
Because of the digital nature of our product we have a no refund policy. We offer fully functional 15 day trials of all our software and we invite to try them before you buy.
